How much does municipal paperwork cost?
It depends on the procedure and the municipality. The municipality sets its fees. We quote our fee after reviewing your case.
Do you handle building or occupancy permits?
No. Your architect or engineer files those with the municipality's Department of Works and Construction. We handle liquor licenses, written filings and municipal tax clearance.
Can I handle municipal paperwork while living outside Panama?
Yes. We tell you what to sign and how to send it. We report every step by WhatsApp and email.
